Every Deduplo licence comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it did not do what you hoped, tell us and we will refund you.

Within 14 days of purchase, ask and you get your money back. No form to fill in, no reason required, no restocking fee. Write to [email protected] with the email address you bought with.
Try before you buy
We would much rather you never needed this page. Deduplo is free to download, and finding duplicates is free for ever — no sign-up, no card, no clock. Scan your real library and look at the real results before you spend anything, and clean up five clean-up credits without a licence — an ordinary duplicate set costs one — to see a removal happen for yourself. Almost every reason for a refund can be discovered that way, for free.
The 14-day guarantee
If you buy a licence and change your mind, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. You do not have to explain yourself. We ask for a reason only because it helps us fix the product, and you are free to skip the question.
This guarantee sits on top of — and never reduces — any statutory right you may have, such as the EU/UK consumer right of withdrawal.
How to request one
Email us
Send a note to [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or include your Paddle order reference — it is in the receipt email you received when you bought.
We approve it
We reply within 2 business days, usually much sooner, and instruct Paddle to issue the refund. You can also go directly to Paddle's buyer portal at paddle.net if you would rather not go through us.
The money goes back
Paddle returns the full amount to your original payment method. Card refunds usually appear in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank — that part is out of our hands.
What happens to your licence key
A refunded licence is no longer valid. Please uninstall Deduplo or stop using the paid features. Keys that have been refunded may be revoked in a later release of the application.
After 14 days
The automatic guarantee ends at 14 days, but we are not rigid about it. If Deduplo genuinely does not work on your machine, if a bug we cannot fix is blocking you, or if you were charged twice or in error, write to us whenever it happens — we will make it right regardless of the date. Duplicate charges and accidental purchases are always refunded.
What is not refunded
We may decline a refund where a licence key has been publicly shared or resold, where the licensing mechanism has been tampered with, or where the same buyer has repeatedly purchased and refunded. These are the only cases, and they are about abuse — not about you changing your mind.
Who processes the payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service enquiries relating to payment, billing and tax, and issues the refund itself. Your card statement will show a charge from Paddle rather than from us.
